Not helpful, arrogant, hung up the phone call without even providing a solution for my problem.

I dealt with this firm and it was not a good experience for me, to be specific they have two faces, the one before the $500 CAD payment (they ask you to pay $500 before even talking to you and they claim that any balance from the consultation will go against the service they will provide) and the one after, I was dealing with Mr. Aleksandar (Alex) Stojicevic who occasionally needed reminders to respond to my messages and eventually left me in the cold and stopped responding to my emails despite me following all his advises. My conclusion that this firm sees the world through a mirror, they will do a good job if there is something in it for them and they will be ok to get the $500 and leave you alone when they don’t find reasons to charge you more. I belong to the second group.

About 11 years ago, my husband got rejected his work permit twice then we met Alex to seek for our last chance to get work permit visa. However, we ended up getting permanant resident because Alex found the best option for applying PR at that time for our case. It took more than a year to get PR since we applied PNP. But when immigration of Canada requested in person interview in their office, Alex was with my husband to support him and we got positive result for our PR.It has been 10 years since that time and now I got my canadian citizenship few years ago.I have been living very well in Canada with my kids. Happy life. Thanks Alex. I don't think you would remember me. Through my case, some people asked about your lawer office and I am happy to give your information to them for their hope to be real in Canada. Take Care.

The legal service That my friend received from Alex was very unprofessional, he did not handle the case as to how it should have been handled. I myself, have worked in the legal field for many years and I was quite appalled by his demeanor and false information. I would not recommend this lawyer to any of my friends or family. They will change faces once you pay the 500$.

Alex is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable lawyer. He helped me to successfully immigrate to Canada. At the beginning I had some concerns hearing different stories about other immigration lawyers who missed deadlines or emails, bringing their clients to difficult situations. That's not the case with Alex. He's very responsible and no matter how difficult situation, he knows what is the best step. He's very thorough, and his work doesn't leave any space for mistake. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAWYER. My partner and I are from the UK and needed help with our PR application for express entry. I won’t go into detail but Tess Acton gave us the wrong information which caused us huge issues. We had to spend hours sorting the paperwork to correct the issue and pay to see another layer who was able to help us. She was unresponsive to my emails, no apology, just gave a refund when we said we would complain. STAY AWAY!

Forgot a detail in my TRP and Rehabilitation packet and emailed Alex Stojicevic at an odd hour. I would expect that a lawyer would be slow to respond but he checked his email and gave me the simple response I needed in minutes. I wouldn't hold him to that time-frame but it is a good representation of dedication to the job at hand and understanding of need. Beyond that, his direction through the whole process was concise and I never felt that I was a means to a fee, everything was very up front and I understood what I was dealing with from moment to moment.
