My wife and I sold and bought a house through the Hobden team. We didn't really know what we were after, what we could afford, or how the whole process actually worked because we bought our first home directly from the builder.We initially contacted Daniel and he was incredibly helpful in showing us homes and getting us setup with the online profile to view other homes that meet our criteria. He guided us through the whole process and he really knew his stuff when we put in an offer on a house.When it came to selling our house is when we met Mette and between the two of them they had the whole process streamlined and easy. We had some hiccups due to the victoria real estate board not posting our listing in a timely fashion but the Hobden team did a lot of legwork putting up open house signs and personally phoning other brokers about our open houses. Incredible service and work ethic. We got way above our asking price and had multiple offers on our house and I attribute this solely to the hard work that Daniel and Mette put into it.When the transfer day came they were there to welcome us to our new home with a beautiful gift basket. A month later they were there to check on us and make sure everything was working out fine and that we had no questions or problems. It's been six months now and Daniel and Mette just dropped us off a nice gift for our first Christmas in our new home. The level of care and service you get from them is so far beyond what I ever expected.I can't really express how happy I am that we got to work with them from start to finish through the whole thing. Complete professionals through and through but more importantly just honest to goodness trustworthy and great people.

We just purchased our first home in May and we were so happy to have Daniel as our realtor representing and helping us in this crazy market. He was very responsive and helpful through some very tense times when subject removal dates had to be pushed and pushed again. He was very knowledgeable and gave great advice, but never seemed pushy at all. Would highly recommend!!
