One of my favourite go to Italian grocery stores. They have a great selection of fresh meat and produce and a great bakery onsite. Also great to just relax and grab a coffee or a meal.

Customer service is all it takes. Went in today and there was a long line up of individuals waiting to be cashed out. There was only one cash opened. Understandably, short staff issues are always a problem everywhere. I approach a gentleman in produce, asked him if there was another available cashier, and he rudely responded and said I work in produce I don’t do cash. Just for future, a customer is a customer. They’re not responsible for short staffed issues within an establishment. The employee who works at the establishment can kindly find out why or give a reason. No need to be harsh.

Cataldi in my opinion has one of the best hot food selections - tasty and balanced. I find a good selection of Italian products not available in too many places. Their desserts are awesome. Lately I've noticed that they have switched to biodegradable plastic bags - kudos to them for caring enough about the environment to do this!

Nice little Italy supermarket feeling, at walking distance for hundreds if not thousands of people living in the neighborhood. I have to drive, though, but it's worth the high-quality European variety you can get here. You can sit at a table inside and get a quick snack or lunch with a good espresso if you feel tempted by the hot offerings.Go early on weekends to avoid the crowd.

I give this place 10 out of 10. It is my favourite place to come to so I can feel Italian again. Great vegetables, fresh meat, imported cheeses, etc. staff is wonderful also and the babas are the best after Napoli. Oh yes, the Italian music is a joy to listen to while shopping.

So I called the store Cataldi to find out the price of molisana pasta and was told it was 1.49 a package ,drove all the way from Brampton only to go to cash and find out only a couple of sort of Molisana pasta is at that price not all makes ,we ere so disgusted if I had been told this I would not have gone down in this heat to get so angry what kind of Mickey Mouse deal is this store playing I will think twice before going again even Kimbo coffee beans crema was 29.99 well at fortino Not On Sale was 18.99 I am sorry but what is it with such a mark up like I said we will be more careful next time as to whether we will come again to shop

A very clean and organized store and the staff are super friendly and helpful to assist you finding the things you would like to purchase. A huge selection of meats, cheeses and produce...so many homemade products and it reminded me of Casa Nonna, a wonderful shopping experience and found everything we were looking for, if you’re looking for a real Italian market this is a must try.
