Interstate Batteries Distributor

I needed to replace the original battery in my vehicle so my husband purchased one from this dealer. Three weeks later my car wouldn't start so I took it to a repair shop who tested the battery and said it failed the load test. My husband and I drove back to Interstate and got there shortly before they closed on Friday evening. Dave came right out and put his tester on the battery and it came up as ok but he said he would swap it for a replacement battery and then would put the original battery through a heavy load test and let me know the results. He kept his word and called me back on Wednesday morning to let me know that the battery had passed the load test and his purpose in letting me know was to make sure I knew that there is possibly something else wrong with my vehicle so I can get it taken care of properly. I really appreciate the great customer service I was given and the respect I was treated with as a woman in an industry that is quite often very patronizing. I can say with confidence that I recommend this business for your battery needs.

Clean store, with nice staff.In and out with the battery I needed for my car.The only downside is that you have to remove and install your battery. Liability?

After contacting several battery dealerships regarding the purchase of a motorcycle battery; I followed the recommendation of another supplier and phoned Interstate Batteries in Langford - speaking with Jim. Not only did he impress me with his knowledge about batteries and battery ticklers but he was also very courteous and applied no pressure to buy during our conversation. After speaking with Interstate I phoned two more battery distributors and after those calls were completed; I phoned JIm back and told him to charge my battery". Hopefully this review will save you time and more importantly money

Exceptional service and staff. Very approachable, knowledgeable and community oriented. I went in there with one problem, which they fixed right away, then they pointed out another problem that would have been catastrophic had I missed it, and I still came out of there having paid far less than I thought I would have.

Service at the level you expect it to be. If you're having a battery issue then this is your place to go. I was having issues with my RV AGM batteries, something my RV dealer had explained was in some kind of shortage and couldn't be found, these guys not only could find them but even had them in stock. They could have just sold me a new set immediately yet they took the time to test my existing ones first. I will always return here as a result for all my battery needs

24 month free replacement is a joke. Went to them three times to get battery replaced. Battery was taken to be tested each time and returned with exact same problem. They wouldn't replace it after wasting my time and me explaining my problem plus showing notes made by mechanic and charging system test at a dealership which also recommended new battery. Last time told me I'll get a replacement no call back and when I went back same battery was given back to me. Meanwhile bought new battery at princess auto and no problems. Don't waste your time. Between my boat and RV I have 6 interstate batteries. Never again!!!
