DO NOT BUY FROM SRI HOMES. Andrea just takes your money and doesn’t care what happens after that. Customer service is horrible. There was only one guy there that was amazing!

Bought a home. Haven't even moved in yet and stove is not working. Has been removed,now we have to wait three months for new stove because we have to go through warranty. Company will not do anything for us.

Lucky to get one just i can reply they never hired me years ago maybe its a good thing I'm doing great on my own

We have been in our home for 8 months .. The base boards are all blowing out. They are made with cheap press board. My outside doors have dents in them . Cheap paint...Nick's and chips on cabinets.. they obviously don't have Quality inspection. Everything else thats wrong is with the guys at the dealership.

We have been in the house for7 1/2 months now and no warranty work has been done and there are lots of issues to be fixed. The list is to long to put on here. Absolutely disappointed with this company!Betty and Philip Lowen

Just saw a employee of Sri cut off people on highway 97 lake country . I wonder if his lack of regard for safety on the roads is any indication of how he treats other employees in the work environment! Blue truck

Work there 10+ years, love it.Buy a reasonably priced, good quality home.

If you're thinking about using this factory I would HIGHLY reccomend you go somewhere else. They rescheduled the completion of our modular 9 different times. This means we had to coordinate and change service dates with contractors 9 different times. It was an absolute nightmare dealing with them. I wish we could go back and pick a different factory.Absolutely do not use this factory.

Bought a double wide.A few issues that were taken care of quickly. Over all quality could improve.. Structurally is an issue. Most visual is good. BUT. They cheaped out on poor low quality paints. Trims are uneven. Drywall screws popping. Can see drywall joints on ceiling. Windows icing up some.The drywall issues are common is all new homes.It's been 6 We had 1 major issue, Wayne looked after us and the issue.We have warranty and believe sri/dealer will remedy any issues.I will update after warranty issues taken care of..Update. Nothing but passing the buck now.Simpler to fix issues yourself. They find every excuse TO NOT fix it as they say it was the other guys work that caused the problem.Recommendation: keep a 10% hold back in trust with lawyer for 1 year, or until issues are corrected. Would we deal with these guys again? Nope.

im looking forward on working for this company, they offered me a position and im still waiting until now, its almost 2 years since they offered it to me, i hope they already sign the docs needed by can do immigration so that i can finally fly there☹️
