Worst Company Ever... I had 2 Sea life Micro HD cameras that both fogged up. When trying to find someone to deal with they just sent me back and forth. When finally talking to the right person, they told me it wasn't there issue and continued to play games. When I finally got agitated he then just hung up on me. I find this VERY childish and just want to warn other's. They Do Not Care at All

I have been dealing with Cross Country Parts for years. As a HVAC service company supplying Coleman Products, I can say the people at Cross Country Parts are friendly people providing me with the top customer service that cannot be beat. Example of their great service, this Friday they shipped out a product to me and when I checked the order, from factory it was missing a part. This is late Friday and the Saturday is a statutory holiday, I sent a email in late friday not expecting any answer, but not only did Paul Gibney answer it, but the following morning, on his own time he went to work, gathered the missing part, wrapped it and then went to the bust depot and delivered it to me. This is unheard of these days for people to provide this level of customer care. Cross country Parts will always be my go to business for Coleman products.
