The administration at this place has proved sloppy and unprofessional. A good place to start making improvements might be to stop messing up students' names at their graduation ceremony. Or maybe, to read students' emails properly and reply in a timely and accurate manner. Proofreading their bulletins to make sure they're not riddled with typos might be too much to ask. Oh, and maybe stop taking students' money only to have them listen to professors sit and 'teach' by reading from their publications, verbatim. As a family member of a student here who has witnessed all this, it's an understatement to say that the quality of management at this institution is subpar and disappointing. Learn to set actual standards for your staff and be accountable to providing a quality of education that is worthy of people's hard-earned money.
