*****5 Years since my last review.Been with CCV for many, many years, and I still love dealing with our advisor, Maura Botelho, for my personal insurance needs. She is so helpful with answering any questions I have, takes the time to clearly explain, and is always there when I can't find a copy of my policy. (I know file it, but then I don't remember where exactly I filed it!) Maura resends it with kindness. Thanks Maura for being there and for not laughing too hard when I ask.**Dealing with Maura Botelho was simple, clear and concise. She was polite and friendly.
