Great service. Fast shipping. I have never been instore but they seem like great people. Included a nice note to go with my handlebars I ordered. Look forward to stopping into the shop next time I am in Toronto.

I dropped into this shop for the first time today. My main interest is bikepacking/touring. This shop is a great place to equip yourself for touring. The staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely return there when I am ready to replace my current bike or for touring gear.

This is truly my favorite shop in Toronto. As a bike courier, I've used many shops in Toronto and this one has the best Attention to detail, the best Workshop, and some of the best gear in town! Ask anyone from the staff and they will help you with open arms in a second.Always recommend this place to friends and they come back loving it as well!

I dare you to find a better bike shop. Welcoming and thoughtful staff, was greeted with a nice coffee and a chat about what I was looking for. After riding a few different bikes, Pat & Nathan and the team at Dismount made the experience extremely fun and easy. Left with a fantastic new Gravel bike, and had everything I needed.First ride in and I had no complaints, bike was setup perfectly, and the staff at Dismount really made sure I would be setup with what I need for a fun summer or riding. Can't speak highly enough about these folks. Do yourself a favor and get over there and find out what you're missing!

First time trying Dismount, and they was great. they got my flat fixed in one day. Thanx to Patrick and the team at Dismount.What attracted me to this place was the high reviews and the fact that they was open early on a Saturday 10am compared to 11am to other shops. I had things to do early in the day and they won my business. I only wish they was open all 7 days a week, but besides that they great and friendly. And they Sell Coffee!.

Had a good experience with Dismount. Although the website didn't indicate it on purchase, the item I ordered was on back-order. When I reached out a day later (my delivery preference was set to next-day delivery) to find out a status, Megan from the Dismount team replied almost immediately to let me know about the back-order and to give me a general in-stock/delivery update - which was still before the weekend when I needed the order for.While the lack of notification on the back-order and the slight delay in delivery was a bit of a hiccup, it was more than made up for by the excellent customer service and prompt delivery once the item was back in stock. The pricing from this store is also very competitive.

My only experience is ordering a tool online but the overall process, delivery, and special touches inside the package made for a very memorable and positive experience shopping from the Dismount Bike Shop. Their kind note thanking me for the order and their excitement for the tool was wonderful. I very much recommend ordering from them.
