Went on a 7 day east Canada bus tour Sep 8-14, 2018. Driver, hotel, itinerary all good except tourist guide (a Mr H Tse) who was below standard in my opinion. He provided minimal service to us all. Only asked us to rest/sleep in the bus and watched video, little explanation on history or background at sight seeing points. Most of the time we didn't know where we go next, we need to refer to the flyer we obtained from the office. On the 6th day after he got our tips, he didn't bother to explain anything to us on the 6th and 7th day. Two occasions he was drinking (his face turned red) before our day was over! Kind of unprofessional!

We booked Safeway Tours for 40+ members in April to Niagara with 3 stops. Price is about 2k. Barry was a great driver! His driving was steady, he was also easy to communicate and being on time at all times!

If I could put 0 stars here I would. Horrible experience. Website has to be updated or at least let people know you have to make a booking to be able to board. None of that is done. Woke up pretty early to catch the bus and turns out we were not even able to go on because apparently we did not book with them. Very ignorant as well, asked for solutions and none were given. All they know is to tell us to call the company to make a booking but no one ever picks up! And I can’t even make the booking online cuz there’s no option or button to press on. Horrible. Never again.They used to offer services where you could purchase the ticket right there but now they seemed to change that and we weren’t notified, which again. Very horrible experience.

Tour company offering Canada wide and overseas trips. I joined their Thanksgiving weekend bus tour from Toronto to Quebec City with a scenic foliage train ride. It was fantastic.

One of the worst tour company ever.It is terribly sad I cannot give it negative stars. This Chinese bus driver, although can't say for all, has the most pathetic driving etiquette of all time. The man drove off the line from line 3 to line 1 and was given a honk to simply not crash into my car. He followed me for nearly 2 km and finally when we stopped at the red lights, he got out of the bus to swear until the lights turned green.During a time like this, you'd feel the love, but I really hope he was having a bad day. It was dangerous driving conditions plus overall horrendous mannerism that I hope nobody has to go through. I hope you never have kids... Or for someone will rescue you from your antics.And please. Drive safe with all those people that are at risk in your hands.

Office staffs provide very professional and friendly services. Tour buses are very clean and installed acrylic panels to keep tourists safe in pandemic period. One of the best tour company in Ontario. Highly recommended!

When we were booking they told us they guarantee us the return. We arrived at 6pm sharp but they left. They saw us waving but didn’t stop! We were not late. They purposely do that to trap us in the casino so they could make more profit. We had to take an Uber home for $200 and they refuse to give any refunds.

The most ignorant drivers on the road. There is nothing safe about safeway tour buses on the road. They are bullies on the road. Cut people off. Cut across multiple lanes of traffic at a time. Ride your ass if you are in front of them. They are Brutal!!
