Arthur Kwong from Preston Mobility is knowledgeable, helpful, and goes above and beyond for his clients. He made sure to reach out and reassure me about the plan details via text, phone call and email and was always so quick in his responses. Preston Mobility handles our cell phone administration for the office. They respond immediately and professionally for all requests. They are extremely patient as well when helping troubleshoot any issues we have with setting up new phones. Honestly, I don't know how we managed without them!
