Unfortunately we had the experience of dealing with this home for the passing of my mother. HOWEVER I SAY UNFORTUNATELY, only because it's only in unfortunate circumstances that you'd need to be doing business with a funeral home. Jokes aside, arriving unannounced on a Friday afternoon we had a pleasant experience when in a time of dealing with an unpleasant situation. The facility was clean and presentable in perfect condition for our comfort and mental needs. The lovely lady who greeted us was fantastic, pleasant and professional. The little things like comfortable furniture, small bowls of candy and chocolates in the room we sat in made it a nice touch for the kids. I only suggest to anyone going there in poor weather to try and find a spot out front, the back door is locked so in the cold it's a bit a pain.
