I cannot say enough about the staff and caregivers, they were a light in a very dark time for our family. They could not do enough for our mother and our family. Kept us informed on every detail with our mother. Mom loved Tinchu she showed such kindness and respect to mom, we seriously don’t know what would of happened without them! Excellent care and compassion not only for my mother but for our family also!!

Wonderful service to the community with whole-hearted dedication and passion to serve Seniors.  The owner visits our home personally to take requirements, while she makes a connection with all family members and hears out everybody's concerns. She also help us identify and reduce some of the falling hazards that she saw during the visit. Prompt and reliable staff who always understands and serves their best.
