Restore Wellness Centre
I have always enjoyed my practice with Aimee at Restore yoga. Her vinyasa class is appropriate for all abilities from beginner to expert. She is knowledgeable, encouraging, attentive to detail (the room smells amazing and is candle lit) and is very welcoming to new participants. I am grateful to attend these classes!

We LOVE Aimee! She is a huge animal lover, and donates her time to help raise money by doing kitten and puppy yoga fundraisers for Wag-A-Muffins Animal Rescue! Her studio space is the perfect size, clean, and you always leave with a smile :) Thank you!

The Restore Wellness Center is a perfect space for me to start yoga classes. It is clean and smells amazing. The first class was with Aimee Wivkerdham. She is excellent at showing the movements with a gentle voice.I loved it and going back for more classes. I can not wait to start Zumba Classes on Sundays. Thank you, Aimee!

I really enjoy the classes at Restore Yoga. Aimee is a caring & knowledgeable instructor, the venue is beautiful, and the atmosphere is relaxed. As someone who is fairly new to yoga, I have found her classes to be welcoming & not intimidating - Aimee is quick to offer modifications to help everyone get the most out of their practice regardless of their skill level. Signing up for classes is also quick & easy on the website. Definitely recommend!

Aimee has created such a beautiful space at Restore Wellness. I love all the classes I’ve tried so far, and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed! My favourite part? Definitely the lemongrass towels and the end of class - Aimee’s signature touch!

I really enjoy attending Aimee’s yoga classes. I’ve taken many yoga classes over the years and I know what I like, and I like Aimee’s classes! She is knowledgeable and leads the class so well. I appreciate the honesty with which she leads....she’s genuine and open! And that sets the tone for each practice - there’s no shame, just love and grace for all. Her classes are varied and interesting, with lots of opportunity to challenge ones self, or modify to a lesser challenge.

My high school students and I booked this space to put on a play for school and we had such a positive experience! Aimee was so accommodating in helping us with dates and times, and even came to see the show! We were in a bind to find a location and I'm so glad we went with Restore Wellness. Couldn't have asked for a better venue and everyone was so friendly in the building. I will always recommend!

As a former competitive bodybuilder who still loves to lift in the gym, discovering Restore Wellness and taking part in Aimee’s yoga is the perfect compliment to my heavy lifting workouts. Learning to focus on my breath and take time to work on my flexibility has been a game changer. The hour of self care is worth every minute. Aimee is a great instructor and a beautiful person. She has time for everyone and every skill level. She pushes me to pave better and level up my skills. Best night of my week is spent with Aimee
