I have been to many dentists and this is by far the best. They are very friendly and professional - I am always leaving beyond satisfied with the service I get.

Dr. Anil is the best doctor and person I have met. He is eager to help with solutions for your oral & dental problems. He helped me resiliently with mouth lesions, without him I would not know what to do. Giving me confidence on how and what we can do to sort it out.I am recommending Dr. Anil to everyone that I know and anyone who is looking for dental and oral care to go find him now! If you are looking for a new dentist Viceroy Dental is the place to go. Dr. Gopi and his team are there to help you in your time of need. I had a really bad tooth problem that my first dentist did not complete and Dr. Gopi took me in and fixed my tooth and made me pain free for the first in a couple of months. I can't tell you how thankful I'm for all the great care and hard work that was given to me. Thank you Dr Gopi for caring so much to fix me, Thank you Sonia for making me feel comfortable and to Laura for greeting on that first day with a smile. You all are great ...Amie

A day after I wrote about my experience (see below) I had an apologetic call from the clinic with the invitation to go back today and talk with the owner of the practice Dr. Madivalar. I'm glad I did. Dr. Madilavar provided explanations, offered his sincere apologies and rectified the situation. I'm going back for my next teeth cleaning.I called Viceroy Dental 2 days ago and booked an appointment for cleaning and limited examination. I was quoted $200 promotion package for new patients. So far so good.I went to the clinic today, filled out the forms and submitted insurance information. Then I was seated for cleaning with a hygienist called Dory. During the ultrasonic scaling Dory was drowning me unable to use the suction and the scaler properly. She often had to stop and wipe my face and chin because there was water all over. She wasn't very good with the scaler either. I was sensing that she wasn't cleaning the teeth up to the gum line, but at the same time she would hit my gums with the scaler. She also repeatedly hit my opposite teeth with the handle which got especially bad when she started applying the fluoride varnish. On many occasions Dory would brush my head with her arm and her sleeve would catch my hair and bring some of it over my face. A couple of times she noticed the hair and try to remove it without realizing it was still attached to my head.After I went back to the reception, I was surprised with a bill closer to $300 than the initially quoted $200. When I questioned it, they explain to me that the promo package does not apply to new patients with insurance. They didn't make it clear neither on the phone nor during submitting the insurance card before the cleaning.On top of everything, they charged me one unit of root planning which never happened. I have enough experience with root planning at dental and periodontics offices and I can't possibly miss that.

Great experience. Had a filling pop out that was done a year ago and they fixed it right away free of charge. And fixed in 20 mins Thank you that will also help you with a discount if you don’t have insurance. The prices are affordable without insurance. I will book another appointment to fix my cavities

I have been going this dentist 4 years by now. Nothing to complain. Easy to book by text. Laura, main receptionist is super friendly and knowledgable. Dr Anil and Pillai did perfect job restoring teeth and extraction of my huge wisdom tooth painlessly. Everyone there tries their best to make sure patient has a coverage and confidence in treatment. Result explains all. I will not go anywhere else.

if you want to feel welcomed(almost at home) and have a great treatment this is the place. So much so that my daughter enjoyed going with me when i got my invisalign treatment done(she isn't fond of going to doctors otherwise) The staff is extremely friendly esp Laura who ensured my daughter is taken care of while I am getting my treatment done also offered her crayons to keep occupied. Dr Anil knows his job really well and would tell whats best for you and wouldn't mind going out of his way for providing the best possible treatment. I am glad I chose this over all clinics present in new west. I have moved but would always return back for dental issues due to awesome experience at this clinic. Keep up the excellent work Viceroy team.

Have had a really good experience with Viceroy Dental every time. Dr Anil is professional, friendly, informative and make you feel very welcomed & safe. I have visited the clinic for multiple procedures and I feel very well taken care of each time. The front desk team (Laura and others) at Viceroy Dental are always accommodating, welcoming and friendly and the whole team focuses on a positive patient experience. In one emergency instance, my 3 year old had a fall and he had his front tooth bleeding. We urgently rushed to the clinic and Dr Anil immediately took care of my son and made sure he and his tooth both are OK. We as a family are super happy with Dr Anil and his team and Viceroy dental is a wonderful practice that I am happy to recommend.

Great dentist! Had an emergency and called at night, they returned call very quickly and had me in the next morning on a weekend! Very happy with their service and care of their patients!!
