The Resident Expert Home Inspections
Initially we were not going to have a home inspection but thought we better as the house was older. Ted encouraged us to come on the inspection while he pointed out things we would need to know. It took about 2 hours and the infrared gun he used was able to detect moisture should there be any. We received our report same day. Very happy with our inspection and recommend Ted to all our family and friends. The price was great as well.

He is very thorough and can explain the issues he finds during his inspection of the home in a way my clients understand but without creating undue fear. Were looking at buying one of two homes, Ted was able to come out to both the same day. Was very through, I missed the first visit but my wife was there, he reviewed everything with her and when we went to the second he sat down with me to review both places. Took us through and pointed everything out when he was done and sent us a great report. Would recommend him to friends and family. Feel much more comfortable with our purchase knowing everything he pointed out.

We were a little nervous in buying our first house as we were unsure what to look for that could be a problem down the road. When Ted arrived for the inspection he took both my partner and I on the inspection and explained everything he was doing. He sent the report a few hours later with tons of detailed photos.
