Travelled from another city to come here. Tried calling days in advance, no answer. Decided to bus/train all the way there and they just weren't open on a Thursday at 3 pm. No sign or explanation, didn't answer phone calls, no anything. Place is completely abandoned. If you want a tatami mat, you're probably better off ordering one online from someone that wants customers.

Purchased the rice straw tatami mats made in Taiwan, and am very happy with the product and service! Quick and friendly service, and the mats are beautiful. They smell lovely, best sleep I've had in a long time. Would definitely recommend.

My first time purchasing a tatami mat, and I could not be more impressed. The mat itself is beautiful, and although I am not an expert, the workmanship seems excellent to my eyes. The owner was also very courteous and professional. If you are looking to buy tatami mats, don't look anywhere else!

installed tatami few months ago and it's been great so far. Michael and his sister were super friendly. Size exactly fit into my measurements. I live in Victoria and they charged reasonable fee to come over for installation. Professional tatami maker and great products. Strongly recommend!
