Dussa's Ham & Cheese Ltd

Great locally made ham at an affordable price, cheese is rich & delicious nearby the fridge section at the far right corner of the store. They’ve been around since 1956.

This is a ham and cheese place that also sells Italian desserts....this review is of two of those desserts.Bought a single portion tiramasu and a couple of canoli and they were so dissapointing. The tiramasu had almost no coffee flavour at all and the cream tasted cheap and shop bought (from a bad shop). Bland and dull and soon to be in the bin.The canoli come in packs of two but were priced per canoli so it comes as a bit of a pricing surprise when u get the bill. But a good canoli is worth it right...well in this instance no. It was bland and dull.If you've been to Italy and know what genuine Italian food should taste like you may shed a tear at this 'genuine Italian food'. I hate to say it but it was very poor.

Terrible service. The lady working there ignored us. The store wasn't busy at all, and we were still unable to get help. We picked out our cheese and waited at the register to pay. We waited for a good while, and even after, she still made us wait a bit longer since she told us to step aside so she could ring up another customer who decided to purchase goods after us.

Not sure why but many people keep writing reviews for the wrong shop here... mistaking it for an Italian place that sells pasta. Dussa's specialises in deli cured meats and cheeses. I had good service and excellent products here this week, which was used to build a charcuterie board for a holiday party! Highly recommend.

We were trying to find the prices of the cheese and asked one of the staff how much a blue cheese was. The staff wearing an orange t-shirt in the photo was very aggressive and asked us to flip it over to see the prices and walked away.. it wasn't even busy at that time. The way he responded made us feel really bad like we were making his life difficult by asking the price of a product.

Duso’s offers a very wide range of cheeses, olives,pasta and salads..plus more choices such as dips..today I purchased a Greek Salad that became the centre of our lunch feast that we had on a sunny day on our backyard deck.. the staff are really helpful in answering questions and giving interesting ideas for combining their products with other ingredients for a super and tasty meal..

Lots of options at the deli. I never leave without a container of dolmades & some fresh focaccia bread. If you arrive late, then the fresh focaccia bread is gone. Get it while it's hot!

wide variety! didn’t know what i wanted but lily was extremely helpful and sweet :) helped me pick out the perfect cheese. will definitely come back. great service and great selection!

Bought their squash gnocchi and it was spoiled when I took it out of the refrigerator the next morning. I noticed some black spots at the store but assumed it was spices or herbs in the gnocchi but only later realized they were spots of fungus.

Great pasta. Great variety. If you want pasta to cook at home, this is it. Excellent for date night. The people working there are very helpful and friendly which is good because it is hard to pick just one or two pastas!
