I have had Rafael at Kirkland Time replace batteries in simple quartz watches and have always been impressed by his professionalism and confidence. I recently inherited a very rare Longines railroad chronometer and was dismayed by the quotes I was provided by several local quality watchmakers (hundreds of dollars) for replacing its mainspring. I took what I thought was a chance and showed it to Rafael. “No problem, I can do it” was his reply. $60 and three days later I am wearing an amazing watch. Craftsmen like Rafael are few and far between. We are extremely fortunate to have him in the Puget Sound.

Fantastic service! Rafael was very caring, knowledgeable, and professional. The shop was very clean and comfortable little shop in a secure building. I had my watch back the same day and it was in better condition than when I dropped it off. Will definitely be back for all my watch needs! Highly recommend this place and Rafael.

Had battery replaced in 2 Ebel watches. Replaced within 30 minutes; price was excellent. I'm happy I found him! Will return 4 next rereplacement!

This guy is a master at his craft. I have been bringing my watches here for many years for battery replacements and some minor repairs. This last time, the winding mechanism had somehow fallen off while traveling. It wasn't a problem for this man. He ordered a new winding button and had it fixed within a week or so, calling me to advise me that it was ready for pick-up.

Rafael is fast & accurate; I had called ahead, arrived within several minutes, had the battery replaced in my watch in just a few moments. Cleaned the case and strap, and the cost was very reasonable. Thanks Rafael. As someone once said: I'll be back"."

It’s tricky to find sometimes as it’s located inside Fred myers nestled inside the jewelry store but the staff and service are to the point and no nonsense!

Been going to Rafael for a long time now. He always takes good care of my watches. I had a old Tag Heur that needed a full service repair. I called the company and they give me a ridiculous price and a 3 week wait time. I brought it in to Rafael and he fixed it and even polished it up for me for a reasonable price. Looked brand new! Im glad he's here. I recommended all my friends to go see Rafael. He is truly a watch master!

Great customer service, Rafael is an awesome guy. I have a Seiko automatic dive watch that was running slow and he did a great job with the servicing. Highly recommended.
