The videos are always high quality and the most important part, is giving the families and friends who can't attend the funeral of their loved one, an experience that they are there, with the family. Firstly the operator of the equipment was amazing. She captured the essence of the procedure in excellent detail. There were some WIFI issues during the streaming towards the end. I gather that is being fixed because the ceremony was recorded in its entirety.Being the first occasion to use this company, I was very pleased with the service and the availability of the ceremony online even as I write this. Very impressed.Should also mention that the cost was not excessive for the service provided. I would absolutely use them again .
