I went to this salon for the first time yesterday and was leaving so happy! The salon is beautiful and clean and Jenny, who did my hair, did such a great job! I will be back again for sure.

I went to this salon for the first time and I was impress very nice service. Max was amazing as always.

I came here a few times to get my hair done a hairdresser i got did an amazing job i love my hair but when my hair was wet, un cut just dyed she told me i was done. she felt bad that i was unaware that i had an appointment only for the hair dye so she dried/ cut my hair, she was very kind and didn’t charge me. when i went to pay, my bill was $375 i didn’t buy any products amazing service with this particular hairdresser but the price was a bit unexpected . On the other hand Jenny was awful i don’t know how else to describe it she sprayed me with water all over my face and when i got up my back was soaking wet. i get my hair done often and this has never happened to me. she laughed and told me it was my fault for not sitting in the chair properly. she forgot certain pieces in my hair and left them un-dyed making my hair look a different colour in each side. when i came back one last time to go back to my natural colour i was there for 5 hours because she kept forgetting pieces. when i walked out of there my hair was basically black. the owner of the hair salon looked me right in the eye, looked at my hair and ignored the fact that i was upset over my hair he figured his stylist would figure it out on her own awful place Jenny needs more experience with client service and to learn how to dye hair

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and I absolutely love this salon. The only salon I trust with my hair. I have curly and dark hair and love to dye it blonde. This is the only place I found that are very knowledgeable with colour and colour correction as well as the perfect blowout. The blonde always comes out the way I want it. Can’t say enough about it! I Love love this salon and I highly recommend it.

After visiting numerous salons in the Ottawa area that had damaged my hair I am so happy to have finally found this salon and to have found Jenny as my hair colorist. We have had 3 sessions of balayage to achieve my desired color of a lighter blonde balayage while maintaining my length and my hair healthy (I came in with permanent jet black dyed hair). I'm appreciative of her being able to set up a plan with me to achieve my desired result and to have her care for the health of my hair which is the most important to me. I am an extremely picky client and Jenny has been able to provide a service above all of my expectations! I would highly recommend this salon.

I always go to this salon and use the services of Manon Monette for hair extension and Jenny Mikhael for my balayage and usual hair maintenance. The service is always really great and all the team makes sure that you feel good and that all your needs are met, they also use high quality for hair product. I definitely recommend this place.
