I needed a section of Selkirk insulated chimney and ordered it through this outlet as it wasn't in stock. When I went to install it it was the wrong size, no problem,I returned it for a refund.However when I tried to order the proper size they turned me down flat. No problem, I went to the Arnprior Home Hardware and placed my order there, got the correct size. The following year I needed over $1000 of lumber to build a new shed.....do you know where I placed my order? Not at the Renfrew outlet......I burned extra gas doing so but hey....

Great staff for sure. If the person you talk to doesn't know the answer, they find someone who does and they aren't happy until you are. If they don't have something in stock that you are looking for they of course offer to order it in, but at the same time will offer other local vendors who may have that in stock. Because of their willingness to support other businesses to make sure you get what you need, I typically will get them to order something for me, as long as it isn't urgent.

The female staff are crabby and unhelpful. Asked where to find something, Person #1 points across the store. Its not there. I ask Person #2, they point across the store. Not there. I tell person #3 that I've asked 2 people for help and she says, Its not my department. There is nothing I can do." I ask her to page someone to come and help me. She does it in a resentful
