WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.QUICK TO COLLECT MONEY SLOW TO FOLLOW THROUGH AND FOLLOW UP.DAWN WAS OUR CONTACT WHO PRETTY MUCH TOLD US SHE CAN ONLY CONTROL WHAT HAPPENS HERE AND NOT WHAT HAPPENS OVERSEAS.EMAILING BACK AND FORTH INSTEAD OF PICKING UP THE PHONE AND GETTING TO THE BOTTOM OF THINGS.ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHAT SO EVER.6-8 WEEKS WAS THE TIME FRAME PROVIDED. WE ARE CURRENTLY SITTING AT 6 MONTHS AND TASK INCOMPLETE.BIGGEST REGRET EVER WAS CONTRACTING THE GROUP
