Absolutely terrible place. I only go here because I don’t have a family doctor and I don’t really have any other options. I tried making an appointment 3 separate times online, only for all 3 of them to be denied. When I finally got an in person appointment weeks later, I confirmed my appointment the morning of via email. I went to the clinic, checked in at the desk, then waited 50 minutes for the doctor. After nearly an hour, the secretary called me over and said the doctor isn’t in today. This just isn’t good enough.

Reception needs a lot of work. Wait times are horrible, regularly on hold for over 10 mins trying to make an appointment. Always have to wait a while to get checked in, and then wait another chunk of time to actually get in to see the doctor.However, my current doctor (whom I see here) is the best I've ever had. She's the only reason the clinic gets ANY stars from me.

This is the worst place to see a doctor literally. Front desk is the worst, doctor is ok

I have never had a problem going here and in comparison to other walkin clinics I find the doctors actually care and are very helpful. Helps that everyone working there that I have seen are women.

The staff who works at the front desk is extremely rude.

Call them to get an appointment, they will tell you that you have one for whenever and for what, yet when you arrive there they will tell you they can't do what they said over the phone. They will insist that you are wrong but you assure them that they said it; they will not budge while staring at their computer mindlessly like they are in a trance.Call them for an appointment and they will say there are no appointments for the day available but you can come to the walk-in as per their website. You arrive there promptly and they tell you their physicians are out already.This is why emerg is filled with people who don't need that level of care.

Dr Butler is really sensitive and patient with her patients

In my experience, it is good. Receptionists are nice although I need to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time to see a doctor, which could happen occasionally and it was me for this time.The doctor was nice.

Reception is hard to contact sometimes, especially through phone, and the setup in the waiting area is horrendous. You have to pick a number and sit down and wait for your number to be called before you can go to the desk, even if it's just to tell them that you're there for your appointment. I've had times where I showed up to an appointment 10 minutes early, and my number wasn't called for 15 minutes, which then puts everything behind, because my doctor may be ready for me, but because I must wait for my number to check in at reception, the doctor doesn't know I'm there.I'm giving 4 stars because reception isn't great, but Dr. Lacelle is amazing. 10000% recommend her for anything you may need. I've never had a better doctor.
