One star for taste, staffing, time, cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. We had to wait for 40 mins to get our food delivered and also they didn’t even pay what we needed. Awful experience this time.Langford was way better than thisHad a bad experience.

Very let down. I had high hopes as I've heard many great reviews of noodlebox from friends, however I was very disappointed. I had the peanut satay dish. It was extremely bland and lacking flavor. It tasted like they added a couple scoops of peanut butter and some water and decided that was a sauce. I tried saving it with some salt and soy sauce but it was just bad. The broccoli. Oh my God the broccoli. You can see in the picture I posted, the quality of the broccoli. Who eats broccoli stalks?! Gross. Not sure they know this, but the stalk of the broccoli should be thrown in the compost bin, not in my noodlebox. I won't be back, and I won't be recommending. There are so many better choices out there for Asian noodles.The price was a bit out of control too. Left me feeling hungry, dissatisfied and ripped off.

my coconut shrimp was dry and overcooked!the spicy peanut has no sauce it's so dry it looks like it was cooked yesterday and I'm still looking for vegetables, cashews and prawns! the cambodian jungle on the other hand is bathed in juice whereas I asked with rice, result it looks more like a soup than something else.The Victoria downtown one is really higher standard so you guys should think to take some courses with them.Never again

Have been eating here regularly for a few years. Usually really tasty, but when Yash cooks your meal, WOW! He is passionate about his cooking and you can tell when you take your first bite. He makes the best Crispy Shanghai Chicken Box, and it’s always exactly the same!

Not worth it, simply disappointing.I want to say this first: Do not take payment for an order and THEN tell your customer that there is an extended wait for their food (20 minutes). They now feel obligated to say it's fine. I popped in on a 30 minute lunch break, and had I know about the wait, I would have chosen to go elsewhere.What I don't understand is how you can have a 20 minute wait when you only have 1-2 other customers in the entire restaurant. If this is a staff issue, it needs to be addressed ASAP.What boggles my mind even further is that even after the wait, the chicken in my butter chicken bowl was STILL COLD. The sauce was hot, the bowl was warm, the naan was hot. So what happened to the chicken??The icing on this terrible cake is that I paid +$15 for what is effectively a bowl of rice, sauce, cold chicken, and a few small pieces of naan.I am giving 2 stars the sauce was spiced well, and the serving size was decent.In summary, unless this place undergoes msjor changes, do not bother visiting.

I got the Singapore cashew box and I used to get this all the time. Last I had it was few years back so I was looking forward to enjoy it again. Absolutely not the same; how do you screw up salt!!! It had too much curry it tasted like an Indian curry box.It is very sad how noodlebox is going down and very sad to miss that box forever :(

Really wanted to like this place, as the noodles have interesting flavours. The service was ok, time it took for the food was fine, but when I tasted the Singapore Cashew Curry Box it was bland and had zero salt in it, I'll appreciative of the fact that it isn't too salty, but to have no salt is not acceptable. This can be easily resolved by adding salt, but they don't have shakers at the tables. On the flip side, The Drunken Noodle Box was way too salty! Now that was harder to rectify cuz you can't remove salt, ended up not finishing it. Regardless, I think they need to work on quality assurance here. Was not pleased, but will give it another try some day, as it has promise.The tables were really dirty and nobody was cleaning them up the whole time we were there.

The food was subpar at best. Bathroom was a mess, toilet paper and stuff all over the floor. Cook glared at us and muttered when we asked for limes as we didn't know our noodles didn't come with them. We won't be back. Sad because this was once one of our go-to's for noodles.

Priyanka is the embodiment of what Noodle Box needs. The food is fantastic, but sadly, customer service frequently falls short. Priyanka is warm, kind, friendly, engaging, welcoming – an absolute delight. Thank you so very much for the 5 star service!
