The only reason I give 5 stars is because of the sales rep Leah. She’s always so kind, pleasant to speak to you and very helpful every time I go! The selection is also very good, and prices not bad!

Michael is the best. I went in there for the first time to have a look at their bags. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't purchase my bag as yet, and there was no pressure. I will be returning to purchase items directly through him.2022 Update.Finally bought my bag.Michael is the best. I totally recommend seeing him. His patience is impressive.My only negative point is that I didn't understand why the price of this bag went up $160 within a year. Other than that; I'm very pleased with my purchase and the service. If you don't want to wait in line, call first.

Their customer service was bad they didn't properly attended us. They didn't even pack the stuff nicely. Will never go there again.

I was greeted and assisted by Rebecca who was extremely professional yet personalized and attentive from start to finish. She listened to the style I wanted and let me see the bags and wallets as many times as needed to make sure I picked the right one. Definitely will return for future purchases!

Yan is the worst luxury seller I've ever seen. When there was a discount season, she released some special clothes, but when we tried to contact her, there was no reply, for one hour, two hours, three hours, seven or eight hours, we tried to keep sending messages to her, but still couldn't receive any response , and she kept releasing new products. I can't believe there's no response time for tens of seconds. Some customers could get her reply, while others could not get any reply, and we could only watch the clothes being ordered empty. She never replied to the customers in the order of contact, only replied to those big customers that she felt needed to maintain. In her eyes, there was no respect at all, and she packaged herself as busy. The rule is not to keep the goods, but she still keeps the goods for her loved customers (customers did not pay or keep the goods), I don't know how she did it. In short, her sales method really let me feel very disappointed, without any respect and fairness.

Had a great visit to the store - no line up (we were lucky?) and really enjoyed checking it out. Thank you to Adam for going above and beyond as I checked out the jackets. Didn't end up making a purchase (sleeves too short) but was still very impressed with the in-store experience and service.
