Went in today for some accessories and what a great selection! The staff person, sorry didn't get his name, was on point with helping me find exactly what I needed. Hard to find good customer service these days, glad to say great customer service at this spot. Good luck on the lottery for the licensing. Hope you guys get it.

Great store with friendly, knowledgeable staff and welcoming atmosphere. I bought a bong and then had some problems with one of the peices. Came back the next day and they made it right by replacing the bad peice with minimum fuss. Great customer service! I do wish their bong collection was a little larger.

The selection of dabbing equipment is terrible. They have nail rigs still from the 1700s and they only had a couple flat top bangers and the rest were all angled.It feels like someone with zero experience just tried to open up a shop to make a quick buck without knowing what the people actually want.

Staff are always so helpful. Excellent pricing compared to other shops. Store is always EXTREMELY clean. They always have everything I need 1-Stop Shopping. I never go anywhere else.

This was my go-to store for glass and supplies..not anymore. Last visit I got berated by the girl behind the counter about my improper mask use. She threatened not to serve me. Seems like her mask was on too tight because that's not how you treat customers. Don't hire covid crazy staff if you want to keep loyal customers. I won't be returning.

Clean store not busy. Overpriced. Spent more time cleaning the pricing stickers off the new down stem and bowl for my bong then I would have spent cleaning the old parts
