I received excellent service from Bentley at Southgate, Edmonton from the manager by the name Suzanne and sales associate Jonathan. Suzanne is very knowledgeable of all items in her store. She has strong communication skills, She helped me to purchase a carry on bag, She showed how to assemble the wheels on it. The store is well stocked with travel essentials such as suit cases, travel must haves, wallets, neck pouches, antitheft accessories, backpacks, much more travel related items of good quality. Some people tell me, just order on line instead of going into the store. I see many advantages of visiting the store in person, the benefits are the shoppers look at the various items, ask questions, look for variety of items, purchase exactly what is needed . Many are looking for travel goods, travel season is around the corner. I highly recommend Bentley for their travel goods and superb service. I wish Suzanne/Jonathan the best in 2023. Bentley in southgate mall is very organized with affordable luggages. The staffs are too friendly and the manager Zahra" is so professional and . She takes the time to listen to you to find out what you really need . Go there and ask for Zahra for help"

They haven't changed much over the last decade, and that's a good thing! Good discounts with brand name products you will recognize.

I got amazing help from the woman at the counter before closing, sadly I can't remember her name but she helped me choose my bags, and she provided overall amazing customer service as well. I'll definitely be coming back to this location for any of my baggage-related needs. Can't go wrong with Bentley

I would not recommend shopping or trying to apply for work at this location at all. The manager at this location is very dishonest and a liar saying that they filled a position when they go and repost the position within a day or two and add extra position on top of that. Stay away at all costs not worth it in the long run!

Just OK. Didn't really carry that great of carry on bags. Very expensive luggage here. Needed a 100 dollar decent carry on. Ended up going to Mec and found something decent.

Great customer service! I saw this set on their website and i loved it. Went in and got exactly what i went for. Bentley has a great selection on all your travel needs.

Was there today Sunday Oct 7th 2018 at the south gate Branch. I just bought a school bag for my 4 years old less than a month ago, and the zipper went out on it already. I took it so they can fix it or replace it. And the Asian worker attitude there was unbelievable. “We can’t do nothing, and it is your son who did it.” Not trying to help at all. Even her coworker was eager to help but she shut him up as soon as she could. Don’t recommend it to any one. I don’t have a problem with the bag not getting fixed. It is just the attitude and the poor customer service that is bothering me. Run away from these people. They genuinely don’t care!!!!

This Bentley stores is special due to their customer service! They really tried to accommodate us in our preference and price restrictions. Taneisha is a real MVP !

This store does not stand behind their products.I purchased a small hand bag for a holiday. On the trip I noticed an important snap was faulty. I visited the store as soon as I got home to exchange for another bag. Because I only has my visa receipt and not the original receipt they didnt even want to discuss any options. I will never shop in this store again. Very poor display of customer service!travel hand bag
