I told George what I liked and what my budget was; after discussing my needs in greater detail George actually suggested I purchase a vehicle that was less than my original budget. I really appreciated it; I ended up purchasing a Lexus RX 350 - a great SUV.After visiting several dealerships I definitely will buy my next vehicle with George and Tarina as there professionalism was way above the other dealerships I visited. I have purchased 3 vehicles from George over the last several years. I keep coming back because of the good product, good value and good service. I have also found the dealership to provide great service, doing the little extra things you don't expect. For example, I had my car in for service and my service rep noticed that the red light was coming on on my key remote. Apparently that means low battery, so he changed it no charge.Little things make a difference!

Bought my Tacoma from him a few years ago, put over 100 000 km on it and has never given me any issues. Best honest dealership I've ever been to.Just bought my second vehicle from George for my wife and could not have been happier with the vehicle and service that was given to me. Was looking at cars for months as I was severely due for an upgrade but couldn't quite find the best deal. I saw a gorgeous 2016 Lexus IS 300 that piqued my interest and contacted the dealership right away to make an offer. To my dismay it was sold the previous day but George told me they got a 2017 Lexus IS 300, same color and interior in their lot the previous day and was under going certification.I was never pressured in any way to make an offer on this car but after doing my own research I decided to put a deposit on it and go from there.Tarina handled most of the financial transactions and she was a pleasure to work with! Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, a lot of the paperwork had to be done over the phone and via email but with her guidance, everything was done smoothly in a matter of days!I scheduled a test drive a few days later and they adhered to the proper standards and sanitized the office and the vehicle before I arrived. George was very patient with me as it was my first time doing any of this at a dealership and Tarina was able to help me get a loan approved within minutes over the phone!You always see/hear reviews about bad salesmen/women" but after having the pleasure of working with George and Tarina
