Meadowvale Honda

I would give negative stars if possible. I don’t even know where to start. This dealership is the most unprofessional and disorganized place you could buy a car from. AFTER I purchased my car, I was told to come pick it up at a specific date and time. I got there, and only until one hour after waiting, I was told my car WAS NOT THERE. It was getting work done still. So they gave me the car as is and said I could bring it back a few days later to get the rest of the work done (which was said to be 1 or 2 hours of work). Then the day comes, and they say the car needs to stay overnight.. I’m so beyond upset and I can’t believe I gave this place my business. When you are spending SO much money on a car, you expect honesty, clarity, and punctuality— none of which I got from Meadowvale Honda.

Wonderful dealership for new and used cars, Honest pricing, good service. Their prices for used cars are competitive in market, they don't have any hidden costs that many dealers charge, and provide finance at lower interest rate. They did all the body and mech work I had requested for in my used car and gave me as good as new car. While other dealers would do only basic servicing to meet the safety check standard, Meadowvale went over and above that by providing brand new tyres, battery etc. Their sales and finance team was very supportive, especially the finance manager - Hani who followed up on finance and car delivery regularly.The only issue was delivery took pretty long 5-6 working days which I feel could have been expedited - though I am happy that they took 1-2 days extra but did a wonderful job on the car. Also while the sales rep was good, I think he could have followed-up with me better and responded in more timely manner to my status-check calls.

Shopping for a new car can be stressful, after many dealership visit Meadowvale Honda was the only dealership that gave me everything I wanted in terms of negotiations. I worked with Hammad and he displayed great service. Both sales and finance managers were very friendly and not intimidating. Great service, might just stick with Honda and return for future purchases.

Bought a car for my Friend at Meadowvale Honda. The car wait time was long. Vincent(Vince) is your go to man. He took care of everything and he was prompt in answering our questions. Though he is a financial manager, he was there with us till we took the car out of the showroom.Ask for Fahim while selecting the car for your need.
