I definitly recommend SMS Appliances. I have had a few issues with my previous washer that I was so stressed over. Luckily, I came across this company and have spoken with the staff members that are beyond friendly and helpful. I purchased a used washer from here and I was able to get it for a good price. I was highly impressed with the customer service.

I recently visited SMS Appliances and was blown away by their selection of used appliances. I had been looking for a washer for a few weeks, and after walking through their store I found the perfect one! It works great, it was a great price and the staff was fantastic. Unlike the previous store, I went to that charged me extra for delivery, they were happy to deliver the product right then so that we didn't have to make another trip.

Initially I was sceptical about purchasing an appliance from a small outfit that wasn't one of the big names but BIG NAME stores come with a B.I.G. price tag. SMS Appliances is different. Just decent, honest customer service with decently priced appliances. Thanks SMS.

I'm writing this review not only because they were a great place to shop, but I want to pass the good service onto others that may be looking for appliances. The sales team were knowledgeable and very friendly while assisting me in needing a washer/dryer set, but didn't push any products on me that I didn't want or need. The prices were fair so I was able to buy a nice washer/dryer set for less than expected! They delivered and installed them quickly too. Overall I'm very pleased with my experience at SMS Appliances and would highly recommend them!

I have been a longtime customer of SMS Appliances and have never had a bad experience with them. They have a new location that is near me that's easy to get to, and they are highly organized. The staff always comes out when I call and give me friendly, detailed advice about the appliances that I need. An online site is available where you can sign up for service or parts, which makes shopping easier. I highly recommend this company if your looking for high quality appliances at a reasonable price
