We used the Public Storage in Richmond Hill. Zula and Karmar were very helpful and were prompt with their responses and answered the very many questions we had. Zula gave us different options and walked us to each unit we enquired about. She detailed the pricing for different sizes and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend the store and give them a 5-Star rating for their customer service.

Very good service. They are not only making sales. Even you would like to cancel the service sometimes, they still provide very good help. Don't forget to ask for promotion :)

You can possibly rent storage from any location in GTA but what matters the most is not the space that you just pay for, it is the service and caring that you receive. I've been thrilled with the level of quality service that we received. The staff and management are very friendly and positive and they cooperat on every aspect needed. I strongly recommend this location and you won't regret doing business with Leslie and 16th location.

I can’t express my outmost regard and gratitude for public storage Richmond Hill. Manager on site Zul and Head office manager Renaka conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and superior customer service. They assisted me with some issues that arised and made sure that it was resolved quickly and efficiently. They treat you so genuinely and professionally with your wants and needs as there number one priority. The storage facility is clean and secure and the staff on hand are very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend using public storage for all your storage needs. A+++++. Thank you again

The reception was very friendly and efficient. It took me one visit to get a full idea what I need and the cost that I expect. The space inside the building is clean and bright. The experience has been a helpful and pleasant one indeed!!

I was very pleased at this location. It is extremely clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful and glad to see me on the many trips I had to make to the 3rd floor in which I had to have them key in the code for the elevator since I was clearing out a locker I won a bid site. It was a inconvenience for your staff but not for me because they were always happy to help me . I understand that I wasn't a aloud the code and agree with that for your security reasons. Hope to win another locker or be a paying customer in the future at this location.
