I went in to purchase my first true backpack. I had an idea of which one I wanted but was still clueless about the proper fitment. Manon took my measurements, then fitted the backpack to my size. She took the time to explain all the features and how to adjust the pack when travelling. She put me at ease and allowed me to know what this backpack can do. In a nutshell, she was awesome!
