The bank was experiencing technical difficulties and time was running short, but they stayed late, worked their magic and got it closed still. They also had to work around unique circumstances and they were happy to. I did get a bill, but I did not register for BGRS at the time and they said I could be reimbursed. I had no issues at all and they solved many issues for me, highly recommend.

Overall very positive experience, some hiccups from my lender but the team here got everything squared away and ensured that despite the delay as closed at the end of the work day. Will bring my business to them in the future.

My spouse and I recently purchased a new home and sold our old, and completed both transactions with Bettle Law. Not only did both these closes not happen on time, the staff at Bettle Law took absolutely no responsibility for their part in the delays. It started with me trying to get ahold of them 2.5 weeks out from my first closing date to get an appointment - they ducked my calls and ignored my emails, telling me they would be in touch when we get the docs from the buyers solicitor" meanwhile in this instance

I'm going to start this review by first telling anyone that reads it to NEVER give their business to this law firm, especially military members like myself. I accepted an offer on my home and retained this lawyer in April 2018. When I came in to give them my birth certificate they couldn't find my file. No problem, they will put the info in there later. In June I came by with a receipt for cleaning my air exchanger and still they couldn't find my file. They assured me if they needed anything they would call. My closing was on a Monday. On the Thursday prior I stopped by and they dismissed me quickly, saying they didn't know where my file was but that they would probably" contact me Friday for my appointment. At 2pm on Friday I called them
