As dog owners we want the best care for our furry friend when we go away. Heather took great care of our doggie and our home. Not much more I can say other than service was absolutely perfect.

It’s been a month since I’ve signed up for a scheduled dog walking service with Bonez and Katnip Pet Services, and so far it exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the initial meet and greet session with Lynn and Diane. I felt that Lynn and Diane genuinely cared to get to know me and my dog better and not just focus on business matters. I couldn’t be happier with Diane, she has been very patient with my super energetic puppy. I receive text message after each walk, and it’s just great to know that my dog has been well cared for. I haven’t had any issues with scheduling or dealt with emergency situations but Lynn has always been responsive and what a peace of mind it brings to know that my dog will be in capable hands of Lynn and her team.

We have been using Lynn for a couple of years now for our 4 dogs and 1 cat. One of our dogs is special needs and requires medication and assistance with walking up stairs. Lynn is really the only person we would trust with our precious fur babies for extended periods of time. She is professional and really seems to love our pets. It is not easy to find someone to take care of a special needs dog, but Lynn really came through for us! I know that I can totally rely on her for all our pet sitting needs! We have also used one of Lynn’s employees, Liliana, and she is also lovely and very obviously loves her job. I would not hesitate to recommend Bonez & Katnip Pet Services for their overnight pet sitting and dog walking.

Lynn was a godsend. I was away for 9 days with two cats that are better loved than many humans I know. Thorough updates allowing peace of mind while away. On return the house looked great and the cats healthy and happy. 5 out of 5.

We absolutely love Bonez and Katnip pet services.They have been nothing but amazing. From our first meeting we knew we have made the best decision. Buster has been so happy having Liliana come in and walk him everyday. We love that we get little text updates everyday after his walk with photos.We absolutely trust and love Lynn and Liliana. Lynn does an amazing job! She is extremely detailed oriented and caters to your pet's needs. I love the fact that she sends you updates and photos of how your pet is doing while you are away. She truly loves and cares so much for animals going above and beyond even when your pet is a little stressed and is having accidents outside the box. I highly recommend her services to anyone! This fall I was looking for a dog walker for my Golden Retriever. I quickly gave Lynn a call after I watched her walk a dog in my building from afar. The dog she was walking normally barks and gets nervous around other dogs and she was extremely sweet and patient with the dog and calmed it down. Fantastic service! Lynn and her staff are true animal lovers. We can travel worry free knowing the pets are well cared for and receiving plenty of love and attention. The daily photo updates are a nice touch and something I look forward to receiving every day while travelling. Liliana has looked after my high-maintenance geriatric cat many times, even administering multiple daily medications which can sometimes be a bit of a challenge. A very trustworthy and reliable service with kind and caring staff.

Bonez & Katnip is an excellent dog walking service. Lynn is extremely caring, professional and reliable. As a rescue, my dog was very nervous to walk with a stranger and Lynn has patiently built a very kind and loving relationship with my dog. She trusts her and I do too! I highly recommend Bonez & Katnip for all your pet care needs. Lynn (the owner) is simply wonderful and very accommodating. She is great with my 2 cats and I always know they are in good hands when we go away. Lynn even brought to my attention that one of my cats had lost some weight since her last visit. She mentioned that weight loss can sometimes mean health issues, so we took him to the vet and turns out he had diabetes. We are very greatful to Lynn for bringing this to our attention. To me this shows how attentive and loving she is for the animals in her care!
