I have never come on Google to leave a review before. Normally because I chalk it up to a bad experience and move on, but it has been perhaps 1.5 to 2 months with no improvement and I am left with day to day repercussions.I purchased a package to have my teeth whitened X 2 sessions. I was told the appointment was 45 minutes to an hour. I asked specifically because it required me leaving my exclusively breastfeed infant at home and I needed to time my appointment to account for being away without the chances of her needing me. Not including the paperwork,assessment, rinsing afterwards, re-assessing and her having another client in the chair leaving my appointment delayed out the gate by a half hour+ time with the other client in between, she left the bleaching agent + UV light on my teeth for an hour and a half alone.My teeth were left so sensitive. I cannot take any cold or heat on them without being in pain. Eating gives me anxiety. And I've had braces so I am not a stranger to oral pain and discomfort. My teeth were not sensitive to any extent before this. I could bite ice cream with any of my teeth front or back no issues.I did not return to use my 2nd session. And wouldn't advise anyone else to, if there was even a fraction of a chance you could be left with the same.

The whitening results came out absolutely amazing and I have been receiving a lot of compliments! The dental hygienist, Priti, is extremely friendly and professional, and she made the whole experience very enjoyable. She was very patient and caring toward both me and my boyfriend during the treatments and she even sat with us and explained proper brushing techniques to help us in the future. I will definitely be visiting again and I would recommend her services to anyone.

Very well oriented and detailed about her profession. She has a patience to listen to her patients and to comply with.
