The owner (Jorge) I think was courteous and helpful. I recommend anyone who has a lowered car to see these guys for alignment services and mechanical. He was quick and efficient and I didn’t have to wait long. Thanks guys!!

I write this to commend Jorge and his team at Inline Auto for not only being amazing mechanics, but for being genuinely honest people. I have no hesitation vouching for them to anyone who is questioning on visiting Inline Auto. This team is the best and the most honest mechanics I have ever been to; especially based on the circumstances I was in.My lower ball joint gave out, cv axle broke with it mid-drive leaving me stranded and tires damaged in the Sheppard West Area. I was lucky enough that my tow truck driver, Peter, whom i met for the first time as well (amazing too) recommended me to Inline Auto and towed me there. As a first-time customer and the fact that my car was completely immobile in their shop, they could of easily taken advantage of that and charged me anything, but they didn’t.Jorge told me and showed me exactly what needed to be done to get my car running again, parts he would be using to ensure that it’s worth it, but also told me what could be held off til’ later. He was very patient with giving me advice over the phone and after comparing quotes from other shops, Jorge’s quote for me was an exceptional price.This type of service is next to none and I consider myself very lucky to of met the guys at Inline Auto. I’m very impressed and I would recommend the skeptics reading this to give them a visit and experience what 5-star service is like. Big plus as well for a modern and very clean look in the shop. Really impressed with this shop! George (owner, i think) worked on my car and was very honest about what had to be done and what could wait. I really appreciate that since I have an older car and I don't wanna dump money into it. I felt that I could trust him. Definitely will go back to him.(I think he is moving nearby to a larger shop.)

Honest and genuine people, I brought my bmw in for an alignment check after hitting a curb, turns out there is more damage and they recommended next steps which I should do. Didn’t even charge me for looking at my car for about an hour. Highly recommended place

As a new customer, I'm always a bit apprehensive about new auto shops despite the reviews. Fortunately Inline Automotive lived up to what I expected. I made an appointment for an alignment as I needed one after some previous suspension work and due to a noticable drift when driving. Inline had the best price and availability. When I arrived Victor took care of my vehicle and I got to observe the other goings on while in the shop area. Both Jorge and Victor appear to run a very clean and organized operation unlike other mechanic shops I've been to. I would not hesitate to return to Inline for future automotive work I am unable to do on my own.

I trust this shop with my vehicular life.I've never been steered wrong .Friendly service , very courteous.This day and age you need to be able to have a trustworthy mechanic .
