Taking on a Sprinter conversion is a huge challenge and his support was indispensable - his advice, his quality of work, his willingness to suggest ideas that saved time and money ( and worked better ! ) were hugely appreciated. Glen from Nirvana installed Van Compass 4.3 suspension and Pedal Control into our van and it made an incredible difference to to ride and drive, doesn't seem like the same vehicle. Great and friendly service for a good price. Glen is very knowledgeable in what he does. Was well worth the trip Salmon Arm and enjoyed my stay in Salmon Arm it is a great town. Will be back for further upgrades.

If you need something for a campervan conversion, Glen @ Nirvana outfitters is a great resource for specialty parts for Sprinters, Transits and Promasters, but he also does some awesome work. Centrally located in Salmon Arm BC, he installed 4 windows and the maxxair roof fan in my Ford Transit Med Roof. In addition to the great installation job, he proved to be a generous and knowledgeable resource for DIY'ers and those looking for someone to do a complete build. He was attentive, great at communication, fair and competitively priced, and very accommodating to a fluctuating availability schedule. Would highly recommend as a valuable BC/AB van build resource for accessories and high quality work.

Spoke with Glen a couple years previous about a window install. He was very passionate about van conversions and was very helpful. Things didn’t work out with my new van purchase so never ended up with a new window... Recently on a long weekend I had broken a tire rim, and my spare was the wrong bolt pattern from the previous owner. I was pretty stranded and stuck waiting for other shops to open. Managed to find Glens info from our past conversation, and by chance his shop was in the area. Glen helped me out as if I was family. And did everything he could to get me back on the road quickly. What I thought could be a 2 day wait turned out to be 4 hrs. Great guy, and will be returning in the future for that window.

I met Glen when I was looking around and getting pricing for my suspension on my 2500 144. I spoke with about four different people in BC., and I am really glad I decided to go with Nirvana Outfitters. After some lengthy discussion we decided on what route to go. It would take awhile though as Van Compass was back logged and having supply chain issues as well, like everyone else. While waiting for shipping to happen he gave me great tips and ideas on other aspects of my build, and suppliers to contact. Even though I was in Vancouver and Nirvana the interior it was worth the trip to make. On a trip Glen made to Vancouver he offered to come by and see the Van and meet me one weekend. We did meet, and about an hour later he left and revised the suspension plan. I didn't need everything we talked about on the phone. Its not often you have a vendor down sell you to less parts and labour. Glen and Nirvana exceeded my expectations. I was happy to have the honor working with him in one of the busiest and fasted growing recreational industries right now.

I was looking specifically for Owl Carriers and storage solutions as well as suspension for my Sprinter 144.I was going to get the Owl stuff from Glen and get suspension done locally...but after chatting with different shops/garages in my area I found Glen at Nirvana Outfitters to be way more knowledgeable about suspensions than any of the specialized" shops that I called. You wont find a more experienced, qualified and friendly person to work on your van. I learned so much during the instal and had a great time talking to Glen. I highly recommend Nirvana Outfitters. It's worth the trip from wherever you are.

Glen provided exceptional service in obtaining a spare tire carrier for our Sprinter RV. These were in high demand and little did we know how difficult it would be to source. In the process I learned that he is very knowledgeable about RV's and responded quickly to my many questions! He has a strong customer service orientation and the products are reasonably priced. He went beyond the call of duty for me and I really appreciated all his assistance.
