I thought I bought queen size sheets, they turned out to be king size. They could only do something about it if I was a member?? I can only guess that even as a member you are NOT getting your money back, but a store credit!

It's a smaller store with quality products and wonderful people. I got everything I was looking for because the ladies who helped me have a great eye for decor and are so so lovely and kind! Supporting Canadian businesses is easy when they are this good at what they do. Thank you for a better night's sleep!

I bought a sheet set at Southcentre Mall. My bed is a king, but when buying it I wasn't sure if it was going to be too big because the fitted sheet had deep pockets. The sales lady said I can see if it fits, if it doesn't I can return it, as long as it is not washed or used. I went home tried the fitted sheet and it was too big. I went to Chinook location and returned it because I was going to that mall anyways. When I went to return it the sales associate was very rude. She told me she could not return it because it could have pet hair on it (even though it did not and the ONLY thing taken out of the packaging to try was the fitter sheet, everything else was never touched and was still in there as when it was manufactured. Also, the bottom of the receipts says you can return as long as it is unwashed and not used). I felt DISCRIMINATED because I had a service dog with me, otherwise she would have never known if I had a pet or not. I will never go back and I will make sure my family and friends are aware of how I was treated. I went back the next day to return it and my husband held the dog outside of the store (so they couldn't say anything about the service dog), and with no problem they returned it.

Really great service! They have all of their products displayed so you can feel the fabric and weight of the duvets. They have a great selection at various price ranges. You can really feel the quality of their products. I highly recommend going here if you're a picky bedding person.

While the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, we found the quality to be less than expected. We bought a super King duvet and cover, as well as bed sheets. The duvet cover has ripped in a very awkward spot, initially thought to be a rip from the washer. But we just found out the duvet itself has ripped. This has happened in less than a week of purchase.Not happy with the quality received for the price, won't go back.

WOW - can I just say that from beginning to end, purchasing online with this company and then going in to make a small exchange for color, couldn't have been more easy, fun and educational! The online support was fast even though late at night, and when I went in, the ladies made me laugh so much, i had a hard time leaving. I highly recommend!!
