WORST SERVICE EVER .It doesn’t mater if you call a day ahead or the morning of . You will still have a 45 mins plus wait to pick up your medications.I arrived at 3h30 there was no one. I needed to ask a question to the pharmacist . They required me to put my name on a list i was the only one on. Then people started coming in. I waited 1h to to ask a question.No respect for people time - conditions or anything.And they have an attitude.You would have hoped that once it was bought out from Nelli the service would have improved. But no it got worst .If I could give minus stars I would.

The pharmacist is amazing. He takes the time to answer all your questions. They are very busy so you may have to wait to pick up your meds but I don't mind because I appreciate the personalized service. I've had to phone several times recently and was always responded to in a prompt & professional manner. If you have to wait a bit longer than other pharmacies it's worth it. I am grateful to have such a dedicated team of pharmacists. Thank you Hassan and your team..

I remember in high school during winter I wait inside the pharmacy for the bus because of the cold. The staff there during that time were Very very rude and unfriendly and the security guard always followed me wherever I go. The staff always approached me and said either you buy something or don’t be here, “this is not a bus shelter”, never in my life I stealed anything from a store and I was always treated like robber. Since then I will never shop in this store again!

Decent. Depending on whoever is having a bad day, employees might be standoffish (occurs more at the pharmacy counter). But customers are also rude so it's just an unpleasant cycle.Please update the hours, people rely on this online info! And if you guys are now closing at 10 for a while, perhaps remove the sign open until midnight outside of the store too????

The pharmacyEvery single time i come get meds, the wait is 45 mins long sometimes longer.They never know how long the wait will be.There are alwaus people not doing anything or working really slowly. I see them wasting time on a difficult older client that could be handled by printing instructions for her. Instead they sit multiple people arguing with her and making everyone wait.Its unfair, i regret going there everytime and wish i had gone somewhere else. They need to hire more efficient workers or have more pharmacists on site.No other pharmacy has a wait time this long and there are always people waiting.Today i was literally waiting to eat breakfast and change the bleeding gauze in my mouth for way too long even wanted to ask for my perscription back and go somewhere else.They also used to give buzzers so u can walk around but they dont anymore.When i got there today there were at least 5 ppl before me who also waited an hour.This creates a bad vibes cuz everyone is upset from waiting and the ppl wprking are stressed or not stressed enough which stresses ppl more lol.Even ppl who order by phone and pick up have to wait more than 30 mins.

Do not visit this Pharmaprix. There is a towing company which is actively looking for customers moving out of parking lot and tow away their vehicle. Even if you go out of parking lot for 10-15 mins they would tow away your vehicle. Extremely dissatisfied. Making free money.

The worst service i got in my whole life!!Hours and hours waiting and at the end the lady in the accuei never gave my prescription to the pharmacist!!Always always bad bad service!!The lady in the pick up whith the pink mask the worst mad, arogante, and everything else!!My goodness never go thereI change already to another one!!And at 10:30 pm always closedSAYING OUTSISE CLOSE AT 12( lyer)

Really unprofessional. They close at anytime they feel convenient, not respecting the published operating hours.Many people coming for medicine are turned away with no explanation for closing early.

This pharmacy is a total joke compared to what it was before the last two owners sold. So much so that I switched my monthly prescriptions to another pharmacy. There have been many occasions where they forgot prescriptions or denied a renewal for a medication I have been using for years when my doctor didn’t fax it quickly. The final straw was renewing my scripts by phone and confirming I would pick up the following day, and when I showed up to pick up, not prepared. Had to wait further half hour. No one behind the counter could look me in the eye, or was remotely polite or helpful and I felt so uncomfortable trying to communicate with them, especially in English. Or maybe it was something else? Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Great Pharmacy, Opens Late! Everybody else that is complaining just because they got towed for taking advantage of Pharmaprix'S Parking while they leave their car there and take the metro to go work downtown! Well done Pharmaprix! Also those that park there to go to Jasmine Grocerie store which is not Part of the Northgate Shopping Center. If you go to any store which belongs to the Northgate center including Provigo, Tim Hortons or Royal Bank nothing will happen, I lived 20 years in ville St-Laurent never got towed. All the Jasmine customer that park there and Metro users you will be towed! You are the scammers!!!
