Exceptional Service. I have ordered previously from TO Balloons in 2018. I decided to try the Markham location. This time I waslooking to purchase their vegan cake. With serve egg allergy I was nervous. The experience at this location was extremely welcoming and positive. Excellent communication along the way, including the execution to the design and taste. Gellie went above and beyond in making sure that it all needs were met including balloons and candles. You have gotten a lifetime customer.

We were in a jam and could not find store to buy 40 helium balloons for the next day as it was Good Friday. I made an online order with TO Balloons Markham at 9:30 PM for a pick up next day. I was half hoping that they would say its late order could not fulfill. But to my pleasant surprise they not only gave me the order on time but also gave me extra balloons in case some popped during my drive. The Ladies at the Markham shop were friendly and helpful.

Had our house decorated as a surprise to brighten my daughter's day after her bat mitzvah that morning (party cancelled and all). The balloon display that was set up was extraordinary! So much fun and still enjoying it days later.

T.O Balloons were amazing! They exceeded my expectations! I ordered a bouquet of balloons for my 3 year old... it was a very special milestone! Not only did they personally deliver the balloons, but, they enhanced the bouquet, and kept me in the loop throughout the day of the process and delivery!
