Sarah Frederick's was phenomenal. I highly recommend. She was personable and her release techniques helped break up a 1 week tension headache.

Mark Wright provided an amazing deep tissue and gua sha service on my injured neck/shoulder. He also provided 3 stretches to perform at home to help to fully heal my neck and shoulder over the next few days. I really appreciated his expertise and my pain has already improved 10 fold!

Got a deep tissue massage for the first time. Have previously regularly gotten massages to help reduce soreness, pain and inflammation but never a deep tissue one specifically. Great service and very professional staff. Was very soothing

It was my first time on this branch and I was disappointed and unsatisfied with the service. The establishment was hard to find cause the outdoor signage wasnt lit and it was at a dark spot at the back of a complex. My appointment was 530pm. I arrived 5 minutes earlier cause I already filled out & signed the online form. Another customer arrive after me but she got in first. I got in the massage room at 531pm, was interviewed for 2-3 minutes then waited again for another 5-10 minutes after I got into the massage bed. Her hands was as cold as ice, the pressure is just right but the strokes were as slow as a sloth. It wasnt the deep tissue massage I was expecting and that I know. The massage was finished at exactly 630 but I didnt get an hour worth of massage which I paid for. The only thing I can appreciate was the tidy and well sanitized place.

I was quoted $103.50 for a massage and was charged over $20 more than quoted. Extremely unprofessional and the service was adequate. On top of everything, they asked for a tip. Are you kidding me? Worse experience ever. Don't waste your time and body over this pathetic place of a business.

Massage Addict has been my go to spot for massages. I've always had really friendly staff and they usually can get me in for appointments with only a day or two notice which is really convenient for the busy lives we lead. No issues here, 5 stars.

LOVED Emily, she is so friendly and very kind.I was nervous for my first massage a few months back but she made it an incredible experience and let me know what to expect in the coming days.The woman working the front desk was spider polite and very personable as well.Had such a great experience with the staff and service that I'm going back shortly! Will continue coming back to this location every time.

They are all so kind and professional, and they're handling Covid so well! Absolutely loved my first visit in October, going back in a few days, and will keep coming back.Fantastic place for a massage.
