I had phoned many stores to see if they could help me back up photos. The screen on my Z Flip 3 had turned black & I couldn't access it. E-link was the only store that offered a solution- put on a temporary screen to back up. They spent a lot of time sourcing a screen, then doing the back up to my laptop. Very friendly & polite too. I'd definitely go back to them again.

If I could give this company no stars, I would. I don’t write reviews, but I want to make sure that no one deals with an unpleasant situation. They are very unprofessional and unhelpful. They damaged my phone and took no responsibility. During the initial repair, a small screw was left moving around under my screen. A large vertical black line began to grow on the screen until I couldn’t read anything on my phone. This was a few days after the repair. Afterwards, the touchscreen stopped working. With many and promises to fix my phone, I took it to someone else. The company that repaired my phone gave me the defective screen. I was told by the owner that I would be reimbursed if I brought back the screen. When I brought it back the screen, he refused to give me my money back. This is not an honest business and they do not value their customers. I would suggest going somewhere else for any of your needs.

I had the opportunity to experience the services of E-link and I was thoroughly impressed. Customer service was impeccable - the representatives were incredibly helpful, patient and quick to resolve any issues that arose during the repair process.

I went to 115 Queen street in streetsville Mississauga 20 minutes away from home since I was quoted 60$ for a screen replacement for my phone. I was charged 100$ after some BS explanation about recycling. I noticed phone is overheating and fingerprint sensor not working. Also image was blurry on screen. I called the next day and was told they will fix it with another screen but 4 weeks later they never called me back and when I went there they wanted to sell me another screen for the same price of the phone value. Stay Away. Please.

Firstly, found them thru a marketplace add, called for an lcd replacement twice-was quoted different prices,last 220+20. I asked what screen he was using, if it was original or used etc, he said original. I asked why so much cheaper than other places, his answerwe are a wholeseller". after the 2nd call i decided to drive there. Upon arrival he said it's 290 because my lcd is so broken that he wont be able to use parts from it so its now 290. I was annoyed. I was never asked on the phone of the lcds condition. I was never told that i would be selling/trading in my old screen parts. i was annoyed but I asked him again if its original and new he said yes. I said fine. I waited outside. When i went back in
