Waited along time but keep in mind it's the Ministry that will hold you up not C &DC Larry,Emanuel and Sylvia are fabulous to work with. Wow wow wow. So starts off not the best walk in this place and already looks run down. Than asked to take the brace off and taken to a room that has stuff everywhere and looks like a broom closet not an office. Asked to take my pants down so can measure. I explained that wasn't told would need me to take my pants off to do this, also that wasn't wearing underwear and only had super thin and lose pjs on. He responds were all men here its ok so i did extremely uncomfortablely at first casue could sit down and cover myself and had to sit bare bottomed on a seat everyone else sits on wasn't even offered something to put under me. Than he says will need to stand up told him not comfortable naked standing will pull up my extremely loose pants to my thigh for him. He measures a bit than says as he is kneeling in front of me measuring my knee and calf that will have to pull my pants down so he can get higher he is worried that the pants pulled up is causing swelling of my leg. I told him again that i am naked underneath and would he uncomfortable and was again told to just stop wasn't no big deal. At that point i told him this appt was over and went out to speak to the owner. He said sorry gave me his card. Other than that was more worried about watching for my cab so could get me gone and not deal with the issue anymore. Not only unprofessional but creepy creepy creepy as well. Thank goodness I'm 42 year old man that can say no and understand when something inappropriate is happening. Please please please either don't take ur kids there or make sure ur present during the whole appointment as that was definitely the weridest most unprofessional and uncomfortable experience of my 42 years of life

I had taken in my Triaxe Sport Skooter to their location in Hamilton coming from my Immunotherapy at Princess Margaret Hospital in DT Toronto. The issue I was having was it was not charging anymore. Larry Rivers the Service Manager quickly determined it was my adaptor and sold a good adaptor he had on site. I witnessed today what real top notch service is!Thanks a million Larry!!

The best service ever ....Syliva and Larry were extremely accomodating and forgiving when i first cancelled my wheelchair rental with them in favour of going with a cheaper alternative.....upon receiving the product from the competition and finding it totally incorrect to what i had been looking for, Larry was able to find me the proper wheelchair and seat cushion literally the same day, he delivered it and showed me how to use it before leaving. Would not deal with anyone else.....ever...Simply the best experience.

I've been dealing with this company for a very, very long time . I just reviewed my new power chair. I could not be any happier. I will be continuing to buy from them. I would unconditionally recommend them for all medical devices.

Craig, the brace guy, was very rude and seemed very put out when I asked for help. Instead of answering my questions, and listening to me while I explained what I needed and assisting me he rushed through, acting like he had somewhere better to be, like I was bothering him. No customer service at all. When I complained to the front desk her response was to make an appointment with him. Really he was already rude and short with me once. She acted like oh well and when I asked if she could recommend somewhere else I could go she said she didn't know of anywhere. Again not eager to help. Would give zero stars if I could very disappointed in the way they treat people.Edit:So management finds it exceptable for their employees to speak rudely and be disrespectful to people and has no problem with this? Just goes to show your apology" is a blanketed fake one to make yourselves look good on social media! No wonder there are so many bad reviews on here as you do not take your patients and clients wellbeing seriously."

Won’t call back. Waited 9 days to get a rental walker. So far it’s taken a year to get a walker and counting. Please contact me so I can return the walker it’s not what I ordered it’s hurting my body and I need one that works better. The supplier did a bait and switch now I need to see what walkers are available and see what will be right for my needs but this bait and switch from your supplier isn’t cutting it

We have dealt with Larry for years and he always solved whatever problem we had. We called Larry regarding the purchase of a new power chair. Larry promptly visited our home, reviewed our needs and ordered a new chair with the necessary equipment required. Within days Larry arrived with the new power chair, removed the old one and outlined the operational procedures in his forever professional and friendly manner. The new chair is fantastic and so comfortable. Larry and the team at C & DC are second to none.

This place is very professional and works in a timely manner.They are very accommodating with appointment times are willing to make sure the customer is well taken care of for the duration of their care. Soon entering their establishment, they will ensure you have found adequate parking before you start and wait times are minimal.This is the first place I've been to wear they are hands on with fittings/measurements, make you feel comfortable from start to finish and even ensure you get to your car and exit safely.This place is the height of professionalism!!!!Though, due to the nature of their business, I hope I will not need them again, I will pay a return visit as my orthopedic implements supplier of choice.

Never go here.I was warned that this place was not very good and wow!...I’m so sorry I didn’t take their advice.A recent life event left me in need of a walker. I chose them because they are near Hamilton General Hospital. There are three distinct departments in this business and it seems only one person helps with mobility devices. He helped me chose a model that fit my budget but had to be ordered, so a loaner walker was arranged to be delivered.It didn’t arrive as arranged and there was no call to reschedule. When I inquired I was told the deliveryman was gone for the day. Okay, stuff happens...I hope he’s OK, I thought...good thing I kept my schedule clear.Day two: Another no-show and no call. I phoned to inquire and spoke to two different people, both unwilling to investigate and offering only a vague awareness of “a walker being loaded this morning”...no further clarifications. No walker arrived.Day three, I started shopping elsewhere...then suddenly, a phone call and a delivery man at the door with a DIRTY used loaner missing the cargo bag!...no apology for being invisible for three days only a lame excuse that the cargo bag didn’t arrive with the product and would get one to me when they become available...as though it wasn’t essential to the proper operation of the equipment. I got the impression that they felt they were doing me a favour by fulfilling their end of the agreement with no regard to quality of service.I can’t adequately express my outrage for their negligence and dismissal of my concerns.No kept appointment(s!), no calls, no walker for three days!!!We’re not talking about a toaster oven...this is mobility.These people should not be in this industry as they demonstrate a callous disregard for the needs of the disabled, in my experience. We returned the walker 2hrs later, and went elsewhere and was fitted promptly with a brand new state-of-the-art walker as a loaner.If I could rate this with NO STARS, I would, but this system requires at least one star, lucky for them.
