Serivce was not good. I had to greet the cashier when I walked it. Nothing is priced on their shelves and when I asked why, she responded with because prices keep going up" . Which establishment have you ever visited to make a purchase and items arent priced. Make my shoping experience simple. I don't want to ask someone for the price of everything I'm interested in buying! I'd never visit here again."

They never have any products or nail art supplies. As a Durham nail tech it’s very frustrating to always have to drive west to get items that is commonly used in salons. They carry the bare minimum and not up to date brands. The owner of this store should really do their research on what’s needed as a nail technician.

This little shop offers a good selection of beauty supplies and tools for waxing, skincare, and nails. They carry a decent selection of OPI and China Glaze polishes at great prices. Service is helpful and friendly. Go check it out.

The nail depot is the best place to go! Caroline and the ladies there are very knowledgeable and have a variety of products. They have everything you need from waxing to nails to tinting. If they don’t have it, the ladies there will do their best to get it! I love the lac it brand and gel polish brand they sell. The best in Durham!

I walk in and say hi to the women sitting at the desk & she looks at me, ignores my greeting and continues using her laptop. I looked around but essentially they lost my business because of how rude she was, not a good first impression.

The only place to get nail supplies! I am literally allergic to everything and Caroline is so knowledgeable and helpful and was able to help me with products I could use. Obvious quality in the items and products sold here. Not to mention, Caroline and her team know their stuff and go out of their way to help you every time!! Definitely recommend!!
