Great job at destroying any hope of driving in Toronto, let's start Construction on every street at the same time genius let’s have no plan as to where all the car should go that’s also open every patio possible for no reason and close down extra lanes on the already congested streets let’s start moved to run on the weekends and shut down more streets that I already the only veins to actually move around just genius let’s put more bike lanes so that we can all sit in traffic for four hours polluting the air so three guys can ride their bikes and complain all day long at the cars acting like they on the roads spectacular job at destroying a city and all the business downtown or people don’t even want to come down anymore because it’s so congested how about actually doing something useful and putting intelligence street lighting so we can actually move around and there’s actually some sort of rhyme or reason to the way lights change in the city not just sitting there waiting stuck in traffic for lights to change after two hours you need to get the award for destroyinG Toronto.Where is Rob Ford best mayor had to die.

Mayor John Tory is paid $100,000 per year by Rogers Cable **while** he is Mayor of Toronto.Eight years of Mayor Tory has resulted in status-quo status-quo status-quo while the city crumbles around him. He's been promising open washrooms in Parks for years.Eight years is enough. The City deserves better.

Hi this is a review of mayor Tory. I am being honest in my evaluation. I would like to know why he is considering having the St. Lawrence Market open 6 days a week. We all need rest and one day is not enough to recuperate from a work week of 50 or more hours per week. I think that ideally these vendors need two days to rest and relax. I do not know of any human who works 6 days a week with one day of rest. One needs time to relax and unwind especially at a chaotic place like the market. I think it would ideally not be in the best interests in terms of the workers health to have them work 6 days a week. Thank You!!.

Lost my job due the mandate, I use to work for City of Toronto. Most companies removed their mandates because they NO longer serve their purpose. The City of Toronto is another story, It’s all about discrimination, and hatred and NOT about the healthy/safety of the people. People can go visit any City run facility without the covid vaccine, gather in them without a mask BUT people can’t go back work make it make sense.

John Tory - are you sleeping or awake? I think you are on something that makes you go sleep while your eyes are open and makes you totally ignore our beautiful city Toronto. There is a huge traffic problem we are facing with few cars on the road, what’s the reason ? Construction? Sure but that’s not it.Mr Tory college st is totally shut down because of construction, Adelaide st, Richmond st, university Ave, king street west by Sudbury st is all closed down from almost a month now. What the hell is going on ? Who is managing the construction companies in Toronto? Why are they making peoples like more miserable than to what it’s is already.Mr Tory In downtown we have two lanes for each direction traffic, one lane is dedicated for street cars and one lane is dedicated for bicycles, where cars are gonna go ? Mr Tory have you ever thought of that ? I don’t think so.Just for example so you can understand Mr Tory pls drive on Dundas street now and you will find all the answers, Dundas street has whole one lane dedicated to bicycles going east west from east of Yonge st and that dedicated bicycle lane is protected by road guards so cars can’t enter however we are all suppose to share the roads and you will find hardly one or two bicycles going on that dedicated lane and it’s all empty no one is riding bicycle in that dedicated lane while cars are stuck in traffic behind street cars.TTC is always in deficit, why ? And yet they raise fare every year. This ttc doesn’t run on weekends, doesn’t run 24/7 not to mention the delays and signal problems that occur at least three times a week when you have to start running busses on subway routes and create more traffic problems. Why don’t you just run busses instead street cars. I remember one of the ttc managers back in the day had guts to solve the traffic problem in Toronto city and he removed street cars from major streets and it was absolutely the right decision and with that we saw the traffic problem being solved but then he was fired and new manager brought the street cars back on the road and created the same mess again that we were facing.I live street cars at hey are our heritage , don’t totally remove them run them on few streets that are tourists attractions but not every street. And also the actual street car heritage are the old street cars not the new ones, you should restore the old one and run them on certain streets that are only tourists attraction but pls not on every single street it just doesn’t work.I hope some is awake and have his eyes open and wants to solve this traffic mess in city of Toronto.

If there were negative stars I would have used that. Besides being pompous and self-congratulatory, anyone who praises Doug Ford is dirt. I could not be more disapproving of any other politician except Ford himself. I hope Tory goes down in flames come next election.

What a shame, of what happened in Ward 1, This proves, the council is full of lazy people, who cannot dob background checks and rest of the sheep in the chambers voting for a foul candidate. All who voted for Rosemarie Bryan should resign and their budgets removed.

East York requires extreme oversight, as it has become a lawless place where entitled people (both residents and contractors) break noise bylaws at all hours (whenever they feel like it) - and the 'NOISE TEAM' bylaw enforcement is FLACCID and totally ineffective, to say the least. Please DISMANTLE 'THE NOISE TEAM' and give us some of our TAXES back!!! The building 'inspector' in this area seems to give everything a PASS - even when structures have been built in a way to allow water pooling on the property or have issues with the structure, itself and these issues are overlooked and ignored, as if they don't really matter. HOLD CITY STAFF ACCOUNTABLE and start shutting down ANY and ALL departments that persistently waste the time and money of TAXPAYERS !

Thank you to all of Toronto Snow Removal employees for doing such a great job getting our streets cleaned! Considering what Mother Nature threw our way, you did an amazing job. Special thanks to the drivers that cleared the end of our neighbours driveway so we could make a start to try and clear it as they are away.
