Love the excellent customer service I have received. Michelle is amazing at her job!!

How do you say thanks to someone who has gone above and beyond the call of duty? Recently my dad ( who was in a nursing home) wanted new hearing aides. One of the staff from connect hearing came down and tested his hearing and fitted him for moulds. Just before the hearing aides were delivered my dad took a turn for the worse and he passed. What happened next I did not expect. When I spoke with connect hearing they refunded us the full amount! So kind during a difficult time. They had already worked so hard to help my dad. Such terrific service and such a caring staff.

Both Michelle and Alyssa at the Grimsby location did an awesome job in getting me the proper hearing aids...extremely friendly and I would highly recommend this branch for excellent service and very responsive.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service that I received from Grimsby Connect Hearing. Alyssa Spry went so far beyond the call of duty when she assisted me over and over again to have my health benefit plan fiinally accept my hearing aid application. The benefit company made so many unusual, demanding requests for documentations from Connect Hearing and required so many calls, texts and emails for Alyssa Spry to respond to and to connect with the ADP officers. Not once did Alyssa complain or hesitate to help. She was so eager to help and give the information and support me to send documents via fax, online....Truly, this problem went on from September 28th until February 7!!! And, Alyssa was always smiling, spunky, bubbly and remained persistent to get my claim finalized. She never gave up and was filled with positive energy and motivation to get things finished for me. This personal support and integrity is unfortunately so rare these days. I feel blessed to have had her help me; I think I might have given up if she wasn't so willing to help. I sent my dad to her for his hearing aid check up. And, my parents adored her and loved her. They still talk about her and will definitely want to continue to go to her. I will be sure to recommend this clinic and Alyssa Spry to others. Thank you so much, Alyssa.

Michelle provides the best customer service I have ever experienced - ANYWHERE!! She has on 2 occasions taken us without an appointment, and expeditiously resolved our problem to our complete satisfaction. This company is highly recommended!!

I rate Connect Hearing Grimsby with a 10 out of 5. Excellent, friendly customer service provided by Michelle and Alyssa. If your pride has been getting in the way of getting tested for hearing loss, swallow it and regain your hearing quality of life. I put it off for far too long and wouldn't be without my aids now. And, BTW, no-one even notices that I wear them. My wife is particularly happy to be able to return the TV to an acceptable listening volume:)

My mom moved to Grimsby from another town to an assisted living facility. The home where she lives has an auditorium outfitted with a loop system. When I called Connect Hearing to see if my mom’s hearing aids could connect to the system, Brooke was very helpful. She asked if I could drop them off, she enabled the hearing aids to connect with the system in the auditorium, and she delivered them to the home where my mom lives on her way home from work. That is outstanding service. Thank you so much for the great customer service you provide. I’ll recommend you any day.
