Service for a blocked drain was prompt and went smoothly. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend. This is who to call for a blocked drain.

From the first phone call, Mr. Rooter was prompt in getting to my 92 yr. Old dad's house on a Sunday to help fix all his plumbing needs. I liked that we were given an estimate before the work was done. Very professional & knowledgeable. Answered all questions very patiently. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter.

I know there are several good reviews but my experience was anything but. I called this plumbing company to my house for excessive water in the basement.Within seconds of talking at the front door, the plumber decided the cause to be a plugged main drain and the cost would be $1,750 and assured me the fix would be guaranteed.But I continued to ask questions and pressed how he made the conclusion without going to the basement so within 5 minutes he told me to disregard everything he said and guaranteed the cause to be a pipe burst. But he’d have to cut walls but had a good restoration company he could refer me to.When it was suggested he first check movement on the water meter, he said that would be a good idea but then saw no movement so he told me to disregard his diagnostics for the 2nd time in 10 minutes.This plumber is not in the business of fixing anything himself. Instead, I believe he is a hustler who makes his money by up selling expensive services or receiving kickbacks from referrals.There were many more ideas he suggested, all of them in the thousands of dollars. But none made any sense.Ultimately we figured out the cause to be a problem with the eaves downspouts.Bottom line - beware of quick minded decisions that seems excessive. Glad I took the time to think it through.

Mr.Rooter's customer service is excellent. They always follow up everytime. Our plumber Alfred was nice, he did what he was supposed to do. I managed to find the missing part for my toilet myself and I had to call them back. I just thought clean up process was also included. My old toilet flush valve was just left on our bathtub. No big deal for me, but at this price, I would've expected they would also dispose the old parts.

Jay was the value behind Mr. Rooter. Very responsive, professional and helpful. Fix what needed to be fixed and provided helpful info/knowledge to ensure future problems are avoided. Glad to have met him!

Andrew arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He explained things and got my consent, explained alternatives. His workmanship was excellent.

Bob installed our sink and faucet promptly and efficiently. He was very experienced and got the job done quickly. We would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to family and friends.

The first time Anthony came was to fix a bathroom faucet. We liked his service so much. That my husband said let's use him again. Anthony has been to our house countless of times. Now the work that was done last week. Was for a new washer & dryer. We needed a hook up for installation. The work that was done amazing. I would recommend them at anytime.
