I called them up on short notice to get my newly purchased 52 International pickup brought home to Sooke from Ladysmith. 20 minutes later the truck was there and we were loading it up. Great driver to hang out with for the long drive home.100% if I need a tow I will call them first.

After I got stuck with my beetle in the snow, and slid sideways right into a corner, Louis from Maximum Towing came and pulled me out first sideways, and then straight up; I was really worried being stuck in such a tight corner, but Louis did a great job. Quick response and great and courteous service.

I was stranded on a back road in the Bush and they came and got me right away. Prompt, polite and professional. They even gave me a discount because I had my son with me, great prices to begin with.

I called and left voice and text messages as instructed. Even a week later have received zero response. Don't bother ... very disappointing. Too bad zero stars isn't an option.

This is the owner from Maximum Towing.I am very sorry you had a bad experience with someone, I'm not sure who you called but I can assure you that it wasnt Maximum Towing.Our proper phone line was only hooked up just over a week ago and I can assure you this was not us.We have only had a handful of calls since our phone line has been hooked up, and we have dealt with all of them accordingly.Its unfortunate for us as a brand new business to already only have 3 stars on google before we were even open.I hope you are able to find out who it was that you spoke with and have your situation corrected.We look forward to serving Nanaimo with a friendly reliable service, and cant wait ti hear from everyone!

I called at 8:55am and was told he was 10 minutes away Leo showed up in 5 minutes. He is a nice helpful person got me on my way very quickly.I will alway call them “especially when I lock my keys in my car again”
