Here is an unbiased review of Kebab Factory. I am a Master's Degree student at the University of Waterloo, and my budget is very limited. In order to save costs, I normally do not eat at restaurants. Furthermore, my family lives in another city. As a result, I often cook my own meals using my limited cooking ability. I was often frustrated because I missed the homemade meals. However, one day I went to the local Halal butcher shop - Ammar Halal Meats - and noticed the products of Kebab Factory. I immediately started buying the chicken kebabs over and over because they are very affordable for students. As per my understanding, the cost of 18 Kebabs in the Mississauga store is $10. However, the cost of 18 Kebabs in Waterloo is $12. I personally do not mind this, because at least I am able to buy the kebabs I love without losing a lot of money. As a student, this is very helpful. The kebabs are all delicious - but make sure you cook them properly! Follow the instructions and do not overcook them. They taste better than many of the kebabs that I have eaten in the restaurants. Bravo!I also have some recommendations for the owner of this company:1. Please try to sell your products in more Canadian cities and stores. After my Master's Degree finishes in June 2018, I will move to British Columbia to attend law school & finish the Juris Doctor degree. If I don't find your products in BC, I will feel really sad.2. Please try to sell 18 beef or 18 lamb kebabs in one packet, just like the chicken kebabs. I never saw 18 pieces of beef or lamb kebabs in one packet while shopping in the Waterloo Halal store, but perhaps they are available in Mississauga (I am not sure). I noticed that the beef & lamb kebabs are currently sold in packets of 10.3. Last but not least, if you don't sell in other Canadian provinces, such as BC, please start online ordering services in your website so that I can order them and get them shipped to my home.Overall, an amazing company, selling an amazing set of products. Keep up the great work! Hope to hear a reply to my detailed review soon :)

This place used to be good a long time ago. The standards here have plummeted significantly in recent times. The good business in the past ended up going to the owner's head who's now treating customers like insects. Extremely rude service, and unclean meat is a very consistent trend that's been emerging here. Highly recommend to try other/better locations, of which there are many in the area.

This is my go to place for meat. Absolutely amazing staff. The place is so sanitary and goes through a professional cleaning daily. Their prices are fair and you can find pretty much anything you need. Really, NMK Foods deserves the title of best meat outlet.Also, their frozen meat is really good too. I like the tandoori chicken and the frozen lamb kebabs. I usually bake or bbq them and get loads of compliments from everyone who eats them :)

Very grateful to find a company that makes halal burgers that are soy free and free of other nonsense ingredients! Very difficult to find. Please keep it up! Their burgers are delicious as well!

Love the meat here but I had to wait a long time inspire of calling prior and ordering because the person was busy engaging a customer who was giving her detailed history of her life. Customer experience can be improved upon.

NO complain about meat quality.But i have big concern, they don't weigh any meat in front of you. You just order in the front cashier and they process the order in the back of the store, you can't see anything!!!They will just handover you processed meat in bag, u have no question about the quantity!!!And I ordered Beef and asked them twice to make sure they give me Beef, not Veal, but YES, after coming home i saw, they give me Veal, Don't know why???I asked for Goat leg meat, they gave me frozen, pre-cut meat!!!

I have been a recurring customer at Kebab Factory for quite some time now and wanted to mention that Adnan and his team have really provided great service to me over the years.There are many beef and chicken dishes in Vietnamese cuisine and I have relied heavily on Adnan for great quality meats, while also helping to introduce new items to my family's palate. The beef kebabs were a staple at our house last summer and will continue to be throughout all future BBQ seasons!

Lovely little place. Perfectly done authentic Armenian / Middle-Eastern BBQ. Staff absolutely wonderful.They cook fresh, so it a takes a bit. Noticed locals all order in advance and arrive for pickup.Two tables outside. Weren’t cleaned well. That is the only feedback I would give. Otherwise, do not hesitate to eat here, at all. You will be full and happy.

I have been going to kebab factory for the last two year as my permanent butcher and I have received nothing but satisfaction from this place, the meat is always at the best quality every time, alot places quality drops after there in business for a while but I have always received the same quality as the first time i went. If you have not tried the kebabs they are the best kebabs to throw on the bbq and the with the goat and chicken I havent been disappointed ever. The owners are very nice people and give you the best customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this place for all your meats!!!
